Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business insights? Do you have experience in data analytics and working with US data sources? If so, Novo Nordisk is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join the Commercial Global Business Services (GBS) unit as a Real World Evidence Manager. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful studies and support the mission
of providing life-saving solutions to millions of people.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HEOR Managers to design study analysis plan
- Execute feasibility analysis and provide advice on full study conduct
- Perform data and statistical programming/writing code scripts (SQL, SAS/R)
- Review and approve publication materials for studies
- Prepare and develop analyses approaches and procedures in commercial databases
- Interpret output and provide suggestions for improvements
- Participate in internal team and strategy meetings for knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Public Health, or equivalent
- Documented experience with econometrical methods & application
- 4 to 7 years of experience in data analytics/science, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working with US data sources such as IQVIA PPlus, Optum, Market Scan, etc.
- Must work the shift starting from 2 PM to 10.30 PM
