Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Genome Analyst with expertise in NGS analysis and variant interpretation to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human genetics and genomic data analysis to contribute to clinical and research applications.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis and reporting.
● Interpret genetic variants and assess their clinical significance.
● Utilize ACMG guidelines (optional but preferred) for variant classification.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate genomic insights.
Requirements:
● PhD in Biotechnology, Human Genetics, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or Genomics.
● Proven experience in NGS data analysis and variant interpretation.
● Strong understanding of human genetics and its clinical applications.
Madatory Requirements:
- Experience in NGS reporting/Analysis
- Experience in Human Genetics
- Experience in Variant Interpretation.
- PhD in Biotechnology/Human Genetics/Molecular Biology/Genetics or Genomics/
- ACMG guidelines optional
