Position: Clinical Trial Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Local Study Teams, including monitors and study administrators.
- Ensure timely delivery of data while maintaining study quality and compliance.
- Develop Local Monitoring Plans following Targeted Monitoring guidelines.
- Oversee monitoring visit reports and provide guidance to study monitors.
- Conduct co-monitoring and quality control (QC) visits as required.
- Identify and resolve complex study-related issues proactively.
- Organize Local Study Team meetings and coordinate with Investigators.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead patient recruitment strategies and collaborate with National Investigators.
- Manage site selection, investigator meetings, and forecasting of study resources.
- Oversee document translation, submission to Ethics Committees (ECs)/IRBs, and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain Study Master Files, SAE reconciliation, and audit readiness.
- Train and mentor new team members, ensuring ICH/GCP compliance.
- Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, and process improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate study-related payments.
Qualifications & Experience for Clinical Trial Manager Job
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of Clinical Trial Management experience in a CRO or pharma company.
- 5+ years of onsite clinical monitoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical study processes, and drug development.
- Based in Bangalore and willing to work in an office-based setup.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong ability to adapt to IT systems and study management tools.
