Job Summary:

CuraTeQ Biologics is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Microbiologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality laboratory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological analysis of samples, including water, food, pharmaceuticals, and environmental specimens.

• Conduct routine laboratory tests such as bacterial culture, Gram staining, and biochemical assays.

• Identify and classify microorganisms using microscopic and molecular techniques.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the laboratory.

• Document and interpret test results accurately and maintain laboratory records.

• Collaborate with quality control and research teams to improve microbiological testing methods.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure its proper calibration.

• Assist in the development and implementation of microbiological procedures and protocols.

• Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to relevant departments.

• Stay updated with industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related field.

• Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques, procedures, and safety protocols.

• Proficiency in operating laboratory instruments and software.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and analysis.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial, clinical, or environmental microbiology.

• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and quality control measures.
