This role will be an on-site position at our Beckman Coulter Life Science, Bangalore Development Center (BDC) manufacturing facility located in Bengaluru.

We are currently seeking a Senior Technician in Production-Operations who will be primarily responsible for Antibody-Dye Conjugation, buffer preparation, and related manufacturing processes. The company complies with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 & EN ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP, and Beckman Coulter corporate Quality System requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manufacturing activities in production operations such as Antibody-Dye Conjugation, purification, buffer preparation, and equipment cleaning.
- Performing purification of conjugates using different types of column chromatography techniques.
- Meeting regulatory requirements and following policies and procedures .
The required qualifications for the job include:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 0-3 years.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and resourceful.
- Ability to work in a team environment & good communication skills.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working in a GMP environment and understanding QMS and ISO regulations.
- Knowledge of AKTA purification system, HPLC, Nanodrop, etc.
This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
