Job Overview:
Assist with the overall Safety system implementation, support, configuration, and migration related activities. Responsible for providing this service to clients either as a support function to the client project groups or as a stand-alone business. Expected to comply with legal requirements and company’s Health and Safety Manual.
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- Life Science or IT/computing degree.
- At least 1 year of experience with drug safety systems such as Argus/ARISg/Veeva.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Conduct project specific configurations in Safety systems.
- Develop and document reports.
- Support end users and sponsors.
- Conduct data extraction.
- Participate in data migration activities.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing.
Experience (Minimum Required):
Experience in systems operations support role. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- Life Science or IT/computing degree.
- Good understanding of SQL programming language.
- Experience working with ticket support applications.

Office Environment or remote.
