Job Description
Position: Flow Cytometry Application Manager – India South West Asia
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Responsibilities:
- Achieving high customer satisfaction through high-quality and on-time support
- Promoting reagent, hardware, and software solutions
- Contributing to the achievement of financial targets by collaborating closely with Application, Sales, and Marketing managers
- Performing systematic reports in line with KPI defined for the region
- Ensuring Application Specialists and Channel Partners within the region get the proper resources and training
- Building relationships and developing loyalty with senior customers and decision-makers
- Coordinating with service and tech support for escalation
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of immunology, hematology, or research applications
- B. Tech/ B. Pharma with 5+ years experience / M. Sc in life science with 3+ years experience in Flow Cytometry or
- 3 years on a Beckman or other analyzer Flow Cytometry platform
- Experience in managing a team for at least 2+ years
Desired Experience:
- Two or more flow cytometry-focused publications
