Responsibilities:
- Accompany service engineers in pre-installation work, equipment demo, and other service activities.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Single-use and Chromatography Equipment for customers in the Biopharmaceutical Industries.
- Attend service calls, close them as per CYTIVA Service Quality, and support service documentation work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of basic tools for service and repairs, fluency in English
- Familiarity with CYTIVA Life Sciences processes
