About the Job:
As a Quality Assurance Advisor at Elanco, you will provide critical quality leadership and GMP compliance guidance for global Research & Development (R&D) functions and project teams and support the development, registration, and launch of new global products. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining quality excellence and regulatory adherence in the development of animal health pharmaceutical products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality leadership and support to global R&D functions and project teams.
- Drive quality excellence in global R&D and Quality Assurance (QA) teams with a focus on current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) compliance.
- Evaluate scientific, business, and quality aspects of projects to influence positive outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Provide quality and compliance training for R&D teams.
- Coordinate preparation activities for regulatory authority inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and global quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Company Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Ph.D. in Life Sciences or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience: Greater than 5 years in Quality Assurance or a related technical field.
- Strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or R&D.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of GMP and global regulatory requirements.
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in teams.
Additional Preferences:
- Fluent in English.
- Skilled in risk-assessment methodologies.
- Experience in auditing.
- Advanced certifications and degrees are desired.
