Job Description of Drug Safety Specialist:
Job Role: Drug Safety Specialist
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Responsibilities:
- Supports the signal management process
- Prepares and maintains Risk Management Plans (RMP)
- Collaborates with aggregate report vendors
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participates in pharmacovigilance audit/inspection preparation
- Oversees and mentors Drug Safety Specialist
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Healthcare or equivalent
- At least five years of pharmacovigilance experience
- Good knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations
