Role Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Achieve design-in targets by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical and workflow support to customers in the Genomic Medicine field.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive market expansion by understanding customer needs.
- Propose business solutions and contribute to developing strategies for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- BSc in biotechnology, biomedical sciences, life sciences or equivalent field with at least 3 years of industry or academic research experience, or Postgraduate degree (MSc or PhD) in a relevant science/engineering field of studies with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in application sciences
- Strong experience in gene therapy, cell therapy, and biologics.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of another language is desirable.
Preferred Experience:
- Product sales support in therapeutic medicinal product market.
- Sales and application knowledge in specific therapeutic product classes.
