Job Summary: Medpace is looking for a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead global clinical research studies. This position is based in our Mumbai, India office and offers the opportunity to work on full-service projects empowering project teams to lead and execute clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
- Perform project lead role for multiservice global clinical trials
- Interact with sponsors and manage project timeline and deliverables
- Coordinate all services contracted for the study
- Lead cross-functional team in various clinical trial aspects
- Attend bid defense meetings and support business development team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred)
- At least two years of clinical trial management experience in Asia Pacific region, preferably in a CRO environment
- Experience in Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic Disease (CVRM) studies
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Flexible, accountable, and comfortable working in a global environment
