About the Role
The Clinical Trial Manager is responsible for managing study commitments within the country, leading local Study Team(s), and ensuring compliance with company procedures, ICH-GCP, and local regulations. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including Investigators, to ensure timely delivery and quality data for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Local Study Team(s) and optimize team performance
- Contribute to patient recruitment strategy and communication with Investigators
- Coordinate study timelines, resources, budget, and regulatory submissions
- Participate in training new team members and ensure compliance with guidelines
Functional Capabilities
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- +2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience in a global CRO/Pharma
- +5 years of onsite clinical monitoring experience
- Must be amenable to working in an office-based setup in Bangalore
Desired Skills
- Excellent knowledge of international guidelines and local regulations
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work with IT systems
