About the Role:
Biotecnika is looking for Clinical Research Trainers to conduct online training sessions for students and professionals. This role involves delivering structured course content, mentoring students, and keeping up with industry trends in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online training sessions on clinical trials, regulatory affairs, ICH-GCP guidelines, pharmacovigilance, data management, and ethics in clinical research.
- Develop and deliver structured course content to ensure high-quality learning.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and case studies.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to aspiring clinical research professionals.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate real-world case studies into the curriculum.
Requirements for Clinical Research Trainer Job:
- Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical considerations.
- Prior experience in teaching/training (online or offline) is preferred.
- Familiarity with clinical research software/tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
