Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Upstream Cell Culture Development: Design, develop, and optimize upstream processes for biologics production.
• Technology Transfer & Scale-up: Execute process transfers from laboratory to pilot and commercial scales.
• Data Analysis & Documentation: Conduct in-depth data interpretation, maintain detailed technical reports, and ensure process accuracy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to achieve project goals.
• Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvements to enhance cell culture productivity and efficiency.

Experience:

• Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in upstream process development for biologics.
