Job Description
As an Analyst for Lab Water Solutions, you will handle technical queries and manage various operational tasks related to the Milli-Q water purification system and related laboratory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical queries via email related to the Lab Water portfolio.
- Manage Milli-Q Work Orders (WO) by reviewing mandatory parameters, following up with customers, and updating the system accordingly.
- Prepare technical quotes for spare parts and billable repairs (BRQ).
- Assign Lab queue cases by reviewing quotes and purchase orders (POs).
- Adjust product code stocks in Oracle based on country ownership stock levels.
- Process BioM RMA & Billable repairs queue cases by confirming service order requests and shipping instructions.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure smooth workflow management and maintain service-level agreements (SLA).
- Communicate effectively on business continuity plans (BCP) and resource availability.
- Conduct critical reviews of non-GXP activities and align with strategic changes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Organic Chemistry, or Physical Chemistry.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI and Tableau.
