Job Opening: Regional Product Stewardship Lead
Location: Mumbai Metropolitan Region
Objectives of the Position:
- Provide thought leadership in the development of Product Stewardship strategy for BASF’s crop protection portfolio in the Asia Pacific region.
- Drive and steer the implementation of Product Stewardship programs.
- Represent BASF in external industry forums related to stewardship of crop protection chemicals in APAC.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Product Stewardship strategy in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementing strategic stewardship initiatives.
- Promote product stewardship considerations in broader sustainability initiatives.
- Proactively communicate key issue management and learnings on stewardship topics.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Degree qualifications, preferably in a natural science- based field (biology, chemistry, agronomy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in stewardship or strategic roles.
