Job Description: To look after the overall quality parameters of raw milk.
What You’ll Do as a Associate Quality Control:
- Testing of Milk and Milk products for Physico-chemical parameters.
- Preparation of Chemicals & Standardization.
- Monitoring GMP practices and process CCP’s.
- Maintaining GLP requirements.
- Maintaining all log sheets as per the ISO and data compilation.
- Coordination with internal Quality, production and FG store team.
- Equipment Calibration, Verification & maintain the records.
- FG packaging weight monitoring.
- Update and coordinate daily activities.
- Investigation of product quality issue.
- Data entry in LIMS and product release in Oracle.
What You Need to Succeed:
Qualification: B. Sc Biotechnology/Chemistry
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
- Good knowledge of GMP.
- Ready to work in rotating (all) shifts.
