Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to look after the overall quality parameters of the products.
What you’ll do as Schreiber Foods Quality Assurance Associate:
- Monitoring the quality of finished products
- Preparation of medias, awareness on sterilization
- Monitoring of CCP’s and critical parameters in the production area
- Maintaining GMP & GLP requirements
- Maintenance of all log sheets
- Calibration, physical inspection, sampling
- Conduct traceability of finished product, Sampling in production environment
What you need to succeed for Schreiber Foods Quality Assurance Associate:
- Qualification: B. Sc./ M.Sc. Microbiology/Biotechnology, B. Tech Dairy/Food Technology, or equivalent degree from a science background
- Experience: 6 to 10 Years
- Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
- Readiness to work in all shifts
- Positive Attitude
In addition, flexibility is needed to conduct activities in the plant like pathogen environmental sampling, monitoring, investigative sampling, data management & interpretation.
