Our Team:

Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India, set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SGH strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supports Sanofi’s France Transparency Operations & Reporting.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with transparency regulations and guidelines for engagements falling under transparency regulation.
• Manages and oversees the accurate reporting of financial interactions and other relevant data between the company and healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organizations (HCOs).
• Performs quality reviews on received transparency data and coordinates necessary remediation.
• Addresses data gaps directly or by engaging with necessary stakeholders.
• Resolves duplicate transactions, when needed.
• Ensures the adequacy of transparency data in required templates.
• Identifies, maintains, and updates records for transparency resubmissions, if needed.
• Executes appropriate process and system controls.
• Identifies risks, data gaps, proposes actions for improvement, and informs the manager.
• Demonstrates company values in all activities.

About You

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences space is desirable.
• Meeting planning and project management experience is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong relationship builder, customer-service oriented.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain working relationships.
• High attention to detail, capable of asking insightful questions.
• Accountability and sense of urgency, proactive and able to find flexible solutions on the spot when challenges arise.

Technical Skills:

• MS Excel Advanced skills required.
• Power BI, Qlik Sense, intermediate skills.
• Ability to produce analytics from large datasets independently, in visually clear formats that are validated and quality checked before submitting to a supervisor.
• Strong data analytic skills, including performing quality reviews.
• Intermediate knowledge in Medispend and CRM preferred.

Education:

• Advanced degree in areas such as Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or related field (e.g., PhD, MBA, Masters).

Languages:

• Excellent knowledge of English and strong communication skills – written and spoken.
• Written and spoken French language is an added advantage.
