Job Description:
Position: R&D Associate
Function: R&D
Level: Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Training in FSSAI regulations.
- Implementing new formulation development processes and validation protocols for Herbal, Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical, Wellness, FSDU, and Health Supplement Products.
- Managing R&D lab, sensory evaluation protocols, stability studies, and SOPs.
- Preparing specifications, approved vendors, and ensuring quality compliance at third-party facilities.
- Collaborating on artwork development, label reviews, and conducting market studies for new product opportunities.
- Technology transfers, providing technical support, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Upgrading and ensuring FSSAI guideline compliance for existing and new products.
The Profile:
Qualification: A relevant Master/PhD in Pharmaceutics, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Biomedical or MD Rasa Shastra.
Experience required: 2+ Years
Industries Preferred: Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical, and Beauty/Personal Care.
Reporting to: Global R&D Head
Type of Role: Individual Contributor
Location: Mumbai (Thane)
Work Mode: Full Time
Working Days: 5 days a week
