Description Quality Control Executive Microbiology:
- Sample water and test as per respective SOP routinely/for loop qualification/validation samples
- Carry out data analysis and preparation of Microbiology test result report and submit to the responsible person
- Send for destruction/decontamination/washing tested sample and media/growth containing media/material
- Reconciliation records of all microbiology media, consumables, etc.
- Trending of result data related to water
- Report or file any deviation/incident/results failure to the immediate superior/Micro Head and participate in the investigation
- Prepare a list of requisition of lab requirements
- Prepare method validation protocols as per current guidelines/execute the activity/compile the data as a report
- Co-ordinate for maintenance and calibration of lab equipment
- Carry out daily/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly calibrations and validations of lab equipment’s
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices in the Microbiology Lab
- Prepare for audits in close coordination with QA
- Give regular feedback to the Micro Head/Section in charge
