About the job:
This position is part of the Quality Assurance team and is responsible for Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and Post Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) activities for the assigned Natus Sensory Medical products. The primary responsibility of this position is to uphold compliance with various regulatory standards concerning Post Market Surveillance.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Uphold compliance to multiple regulatory standards such as ISO13485, MDD 93/42/EEC, FDA 21CFR Part 820, and others.
- Define, write, and edit PMS and PMCF Plans/Reports to meet global regulatory requirements.
- Schedule and lead PMS and PMCF meetings for each product.
- Collect and review essential information and documents for Post Market Clinical follow-up.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with all Quality System procedures and participate in regulatory audits.
Education And/Or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in the health or life sciences.
- 3-4 years of industry experience in the Medical Device field.
- Post-market surveillance report writing experience is essential.
