NPD Manager
Location: Salal – Sonasan Road, Prantij, Sabarkantha – Gujarat 383210
Salary: ₹60,000/month (Subject to performance in the interview)
Experience: 5-6 years experience in food product development
Role Overview:
Drive innovation and product development in the kids’ food segment, ensuring market-leading, nutritious, and compliant products. Manage end-to-end NPD, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch high-quality, consumer-centric products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & launch innovative kids’ food products with a focus on nutrition, taste, and market demand.
- Oversee NPD lifecycle, ensuring timelines, cost-effectiveness & scalability.
- Ensure FSSAI & regulatory compliance, maintaining high product quality & safety.
- Identify & source new ingredients, suppliers & packaging materials.
- Conduct market research, consumer trials & sensory evaluations to refine formulations.
- Work closely with marketing, R&D, and production teams for successful go-to-market execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Tech/Food Science with expertise in FMCG & NPD.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition trends, functional ingredients & food safety regulations.
- Proven ability in project management, cost optimization & commercialization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills.
