About the job
We are looking for a Project Associate to work on synthetic genetic circuit design and implementation in E. coli. We are seeking candidates with expertise in Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Systems Biology, Recombinant DNA Technology, and Microscopy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and construct synthetic genetic circuits.
- Implement and characterize genetic circuits in E. coli.
- Perform molecular cloning, recombinant DNA techniques, and fluorescence microscopy.
- Analyze experimental data and optimize circuit performance.
Required Qualifications:
