Job Overview
The Specialist, Global Clinical Solutions at AstraZeneca India, will be responsible for managing clinical study data, systems, and processes to support clinical development programs. This role involves working closely with internal and external teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency in global clinical trials.
Accountabilities
- Delivers GCS services
- Sets up and maintains systems/tools and data associated with projects, services, and technology in partnership with Study Teams and external partners to appropriate standards, completeness, quality, and consistency
- Supports life cycle management and business continuity for operational processes/procedures, systems/tools, standards, procedural documentation, and training materials
- Provides support to user communities
- Performs analyses of processes and tools
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or other equal education that supports the Skills and Capabilities of the position
- Shown organizational and analytical skills
- Proven track record to multitask, time management, and task-oriented performance
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
Desirable Skills/Experience for Global Clinical Solutions Specialist
- University degree in biological science or healthcare-related field
- A good understanding of the clinical study process
- Programming experience or programming aptitude
- Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in the environment of clinical study delivery/clinical development processes
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development and clinical study processes and associated government regulations, ICH GCP
