Job Overview:
The Senior R&D Scientist Downstream will play a pivotal role in Fast Trak Process Design and Validation Services at Cytiva. This position involves planning and executing the technical aspects of R&D projects related to downstream process development services, ensuring seamless execution and successful launch of new solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead innovation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Define technical requirements for new service/product designs.
- Planned, executed, and reported on technical studies at different project stages.
- Design and conduct verification/validation studies for compliance.
- Provide support for laboratory compliance with EHS regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in molecular / biology/biochemistry/bioengineering or relevant fields.
- 5+ years of experience in leading technical projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in aseptic laboratory methods and GLP is a plus.
