The Position:

Clinical Oncology Specialist – Foundation Medicine (Hyderabad)

The Opportunity:

As a Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS) at Roche, you will play a key role in crafting the Foundation Medicine on-pathology ecosystem amongst clinicians. Your responsibilities will include business development, KOL development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive clinical adoption of the target portfolio.

Key Responsibilities as Clinical Oncology Specialist Roche

1. Business Development:
   • Map and shape FMI and personalize the onco-pathology ecosystem among clinicians.
   • Establish strong relations with key clinicians to drive the adoption of FMI solutions.
   • Implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
2. KOL Development:
   • Build relationships with KOLs through various engagements and learning platforms.
   • Develop Key Opinion Leaders and advocates for FMI solutions.
3. Cross Function Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric sales strategies.
   • Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
   • Build trust & credibility with ecosystems and collaborate with other functions.

Requirements:

• Life sciences/pharmacy graduate with Cancer Genomics diploma/certification.
• 7-8 years of experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in genomics.
• Prior experience working with clinicians is preferred.
