Job Description
Agilent is looking for a Field Service Application Engineer to provide technical and application services and support to customers. This position plays a crucial role in improving customer experience and driving revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and application support for Agilent instruments in various markets.
- Deliver customer education courses and seminars.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams on projects and support tasks.
- Travel extensively to visit customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Instrumentation/Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Life Science or equivalent
- Relevant basic/theoretical knowledge of analytical instruments
- 0-18 months of experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
