In this Role you will make an impact by:
- Supporting the animal nutrition and feed enzyme sales by providing scientific support service to Novonesis alliance partner and alliance customers.
- Acting as relationship manager to our alliance partner in India.
- Building the full value around feed enzymes and alliance solutions through managing scientific tasks and projects relating to India market and assigned countries.
- Demonstrating and visualizing the science behind alliance solutions at expos and customer venues and providing technical trainings primarily in India but also in the MEIA region.
- Holding the responsibility to transfer scientific support knowledge and tools into assigned countries/regions.
- Managing technical projects.
- Providing content to service tools and databases.
- Guiding laboratory staff/lab coordinator and owning the data assessment and reporting.
- Inspiring and helping to develop new products and services relating to assigned countries/regions.
- Supporting launch activities and core teams with know-how around the region.
To Succeed you must have:
- Technical M.Sc. or PhD degree in relevant area
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and demonstrated track record
- Foundational understanding of fundamental microbiology, biochemistry, and enzymes
- Industry insights of Indian feed and nutritional market (advantageous)
- Excitement about presenting science and positioning the power and science of alliance solutions
- Ability to lead scientific and technical tasks with a commercial mindset and ability to relate to customer needs and business strategies
- Capability to work independently while also being a team player motivated by common goals and collaboration in an international environment
- Enjoyment in communicating with diverse stakeholders – both internally and externally cross-functional and cross-cultural
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel as per the business need
