Role Responsibilities:
- Candidate shall be a Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or DIFAT.
- Hands-on experience in analysis techniques, lab instruments calibration, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of QMS and FSMS.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Control quality defects in incoming and finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction by applying high-quality standards to the product and process.
- Build and promote food safety and quality culture in the unit.
- End-to-end quality monitoring in incoming and online checks.
- Quality Control and other control activities in factories and material.
- Check raw materials used in production, packaging materials, in-process material, and finished goods – accept or reject as per set quality standards.
- Record maintenance and SAP records updation.
- Undertake training and development of shop floor workmen.
- Conduct internal quality audits for GMP, GRMS, and SQIP.
- Deal with Government authorities like FSSAI, LMR, and Excise for audits and compliance.
- Ensure samples of all products are sent to external laboratories, and equipment calibration is done as per requirements.
- Conduct analysis of raw materials and packaging materials and report in time.
- Visit the market for new product/product quality surveys/complaint sample collection as required.
- Implement GMP/GLP, GSP, and GHP on premises at all times and ensure 5S compliance.
- Maintain good oral and written communication skills and ensure MIS data maintenance.
- Communicate with vendors for rejection handling on time and coordinate with the site QA team for development.
- Exhibit quick learning and initiative in working.
