Name of the Position: Project Associate-II (One position only)
Duration: Six months (6 Months)
Name of the Project: “Towards development of aptamer-based multiplex panel for fecal microbial markers for colorectal cancer diagnosis” funded by DBT
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/M.Sc. OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized university or equivalent; AND
- Two years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions, Science and Technology Organizations, or Scientific activities and services.
Desirable: Master’s degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Zoology/ Microbiology/ Immunology from a recognized university with two years of research experience.
Job Description: The selected candidate is expected to carry out Mammalian cell culturing, PCR, SELEX
Emoluments:
- ₹42,000/- per month plus 27% HRA, if qualified through any National Level Examination such as NET or GATE.
- Otherwise, ₹28,000/- per month plus 27% HRA (as per DST OM dated 10.07.2020).
