The Institute for Stem Cell Science & Regenerative Medicine (www.instem.res.in), Bangalore is an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. iBRIC-inStem’s mandate is to establish collaborative research programs in the field of stem cell biology, regeneration, and repair in development and disease, with an emphasis on translation. To develop strengths in focused areas, research at iBRIC-inStem is driven through collaborative interdisciplinary teams, addressing questions that are beyond the scope of a single laboratory.
iBRIC-inStem invites applications (online) from eligible candidates for the contractual position of the following scientific position. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are result-oriented, can assimilate, analyze, and communicate data effectively, and are excellent team players capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualification & Experience:
- Essential Qualification: Masters in Biological Sciences/Biochemistry/Biotechnology with prior experience in blood-related research and extensive experience handling animals with conducting surgical procedures.
- Job Description: Conducting experiments with animals with surgical procedures, in vitro and in vivo assays.
Tenure: Contractual appointment for 11 months, renewable based on requirement and review of progress and requirement of the grant.

- The Institute can fix the consolidated salary lower/higher in the given range.

- The incumbent will be required to conform to the rules and regulations of iBRIC-inStem in force from time to time and follow the discipline rules of the Institute, failing which the contract may be withdrawn at any point in time.
