Walk-in interview will be conducted on 18th November 2024 for the following temporary vacancy under a non-institutional ad-hoc project, to be held at ICMR-National Institute for Research in Reproductive & Child Health, J.M. Street, Parel, Mumbai 400012.

Title of Project: “Eutopic Endometrial Cell Repertoire in Women Presenting Different Subtypes of Endometriosis and its Association with Endometrial Receptivity,” funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research.

General Instructions:
- Candidates
who wish to apply for the above post may download the application form from the website of ICMR-NIRRCH, Mumbai. Candidates are requested to:
- Fill the application form and bring all original certificates of educational qualification (Degree Certificate/Statement of marksheets), experience certificates, etc., along with one set of Xerox copies duly self-attested and a recent passport-size photograph for attending the walk-in interview.
- Qualification/degree should be from a reputed Institution/University.
- Age relaxation is admissible to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India Rules.
- Fulfilling the essential qualification/experience does not guarantee selection.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- No TA/DA will be paid either for attending the interview or joining the post.
- Persons already in regular time scale service under any Government Department/Organization are not eligible.
- If necessary, a written test in the subject area will be held to shortlist candidates for the interview, depending on the number of candidates.
- Incomplete applications and those without supportive documents in the prescribed format will be summarily rejected.
- The Director & appointing authority reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason. No correspondence in this matter will be entertained.
- Please provide the details of two responsible persons of your locality or two references to whom you are known.
- The offer of engagement will be subject to verification of original certificates as per the advertisement. If the candidate is not eligible, his/her candidature will be canceled at any recruitment stage. If appointed, services obtained under false pretenses will be terminated without notice or compensation.
- The above post/s are filled on a contractual basis only. The candidate will have no right to claim any type of Permanent Employment under ICMR-NIRRCH or continuation in any other project.
- Candidates are required to be present at the venue on time. Walk-in Written Test/Interview will commence after verification of all original certificates.
- No residential facilities are available for contractual staff at the Institute.
- Candidates are advised to check the Institute’s website regularly for any changes or additional information.
- No calculators, log tables, communication devices like mobile phones, tablets/iPads are allowed inside the Examination/Interview Hall.
