Position: Research Scientist – Nanobiotechnology
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of nano-formulations for agricultural applications, focusing on plant health improvement.
- Synthesize and characterize green nanoparticles for sustainable agriculture.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate the efficacy of nanoparticle-based solutions in enhancing plant resistance against pathogens.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate nanotechnology with genome editing and molecular biology tools.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in nanobiotechnology and apply them to ongoing and future projects.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. with a minimum of 5 years of experience or Ph.D. with 2 years of experience in Nanobiotechnology or an allied field.
- Proven experience in nano-formulations, characterization techniques, and green nanoparticle synthesis.
- Strong background in utilizing nanoparticles for improving plant health and combating plant pathogens.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in agricultural biotechnology.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
