Main Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of transcribed data by cross-referencing with original sources and ensuring correct data presentation in reports.
• Ensure all transcribed data complies with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and improvement of data transcription and verification processes for report issuance.

About You

• Experience: Professional experience in data management, specifically in transcription and verification, preferably related to report issuance.
• Soft Skills:
  • Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and proactive with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills; agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex, dynamic environments.
• Technical Skills: Familiar with quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat, LIMS), and proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Languages: Excellent communication and writing skills in English; knowledge of French or other languages is preferred.
