- M.Sc. (specialization in any Life sciences)
- 2-13 years of experience
Mandatory Skills:
- Vaccine or Biosimilars background
- Experience in Upstream Manufacturing
- Handling mammalian cell culture
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Optimize CAR cells manufacturing processes using human or patient-derived primary blood components, adhering to ethical practices and GMP guidelines.
- Manage the production of CAR-T cell therapy products, prioritizing lab functions to meet deadlines.
- Establish and execute transduction via viral and non-viral vectors, activating and expanding immune cells from clinical specimens.
- Review and document SOPs, protocols, and reports to ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors to assess raw materials and consumables compatibility with manufacturing processes.
- Participate in compliance monitoring inspections and regulatory agency interactions.
