What You Will Do
The Associate Scientist position will be part of a team responsible for microbiological deliverables for new product development projects, support changes to commercial products
, and contribute to specific research-based activities as part of Global operations. Key responsibilities include executing microbiological testing, ensuring documentation activities meet compliance, and supporting lab equipment management. The role is focused on technical work and reporting, requiring strong collaboration and technical execution in microbiology.Key Responsibilities
- Execute stability testing for shelf-life assessment of stability studies.
- Perform method suitability and transfer activities, including technical documentation under the supervision of the team leader.
- Assess raw materials and conduct technical documentation for them.
- Manage qualification and calibration activities for lab instrumentation and technology.
- Collaborate on technical documentation like stability reports, method transfer reports, and method suitability protocols.
- Ensure compliance with critical laboratory processes and quality systems during microbiological projects.
- Participate in site initiatives and cross-functional team deliverables.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- MSc in Microbiology
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in R&D Microbiology, Quality Control, or related functions in the healthcare/pharma/FMCG sectors.
- Basic knowledge of microbiological techniques, GMP requirements, and lab instrumentation principles.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital tools and software applications for technical documentation.
- Ability to execute projects with precision and attention to quality systems and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
