Join us as Industry Technology Specialist (ITS) – Biofuel and Distilling.
Welcome to Technical Service, Planetary Health Bio-solution, Novonesis South Asia.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Playing a key role in technical service activities for Distilling, Biofuel, and Bioenergy.
- Contributing to the support and development of technologies within the ethanol industry.
- Spearheading the development and execution of complex trials/experiments and establishing cross-functional networks.
- Leveraging your robust analytical and people management skills to transform innovative concepts into tangible business value for the future.
To succeed you must hold:
- A Bachelor’s (BE/B TECH) or master’s degree (M. Tech/MSc) in chemical engineering, biotechnology, food technology, biochemistry, microbiology, bio-processing, or chemical refining.
- 5-10 years’ professional experience in a related field.
- Exceptional process skills within a distilling/ethanol plant, including grain milling, liquefaction, continuous saccharification and fermentation process, distillation, and DDGS process.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot the process effectively.
- Willingness to extensively travel throughout India to provide high-quality technical service to ethanol-producing plants.
- Ability to develop and lead the execution of experimental plans for plant trials and effectively communicate results for business development.
- Innovation, proactivity, and readiness to assume responsibility.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and data management using MS Excel or other data tools.
