In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Being mainly responsible for providing the technical package as a response to inquiries made by customers globally.
- The customer response involves the review of documentation related to product, production process, compliance to regulation, and certification.
- Responsible for KPI compliance and data analysis.
Potentially relevant experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree or B.Tech in Life/Food Science/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry.
- Have 8-10 years of working experience in quality assurance in food, beverage, biotechnology, and nutraceuticals.
- Good written and oral communication skills are a must.
- Have been involved in team projects and have contributed as a team player.
- Exposure to GMP, hygiene, and certifications will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge about data analysis is an added advantage.
