A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Conduct effective pre-sale demonstrations of Neurovascular products to the customer as per sales team request.
- Conduct effective technical presentations to prospective customers.
- Review the requirements of the sales team for pre-sales demonstrations. Work effectively with the sales team to complete adequate demonstrations for meeting objectives.
- Support with best-in-class sales presentations and technical discussions. Ensure the availability of sales collaterals such as general and technical specifications, samples, demos, competition matrices with new updates, and product PPTs.
- Plan demo systems and consumables in consultation with the sales and service teams, and review system allocation monthly.
- Achieve the objectives given by the sales team for all on-site evaluations.
- Share clinical papers of interest with the sales team and provide case support for Medtronic therapies for new customers.
- Actively meet all prospects in the region for technical presentations and clinical discussions.
- Conduct high-quality marketing activities in the region in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Manage and conduct demonstrations using the Mentice simulator across the country.
- Maintain a tracker of physicians for whom demos are conducted, along with follow-ups.
- Support young surgeons in adopting Neurovascular therapy.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Biotechnology/Biomedical/BPharmacy.
- At least 1-4 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales Neurovascular product portfolio in an application or sales & application role.
Nice to Have:
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Pre-sale application experience is a must.
- Good knowledge of the Neurovascular product portfolio is preferred.
