Applications are invited for the Project Assistant Position under the following project. Appointment shall be on a contractual basis with the consolidated duration of the project till July 2025.

| Qualifications | B.Tech or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or related subjects with at least 60% marks or 6.50 CGPA from a recognized university |
| Desirable Skills | – Python programming – Unix – NGS data analysis from various sequencing strategies – Solid knowledge of R and statistics – Strong understanding of molecular biology and genomics |
Scope of the Project:
The position will involve aiding research projects, including genome assembly, single-cell transcriptomics, analysis of NGS data from cancer genomics efforts, and protein evolution studies. The selected candidate will be provided accommodation in the IBAB hostel, based on availability.
