Responsibilities:

• Analysis and sampling of raw materials, in-process & finished product in the microbiology section.
• Preparation of media and maintaining the record.
• Maintain the media destruction record.
• Maintain temperature record of instruments in the probiotic QC lab.
• Timely recording of probiotic worksheets, TRN, and BMR.
• Maintain media stock log for probiotics.
• Analysis & reporting of stability samples.
• Carry out fumigation in the lab.
• Calibration of pH meter.
• Reporting of laboratory incidents.
• Monitoring of PRPs, OPRPs, and CCPs.
• Follow GLP and GDP.
• Adhering to safety norms.

Additional Information:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology
