- Quality Control: Inspect materials/products, assist in procedures, and perform quality checks.
- Compliance: Support food safety (HACCP, GMP, ISO), ensure compliance, and aid in audits.
- Testing: Conduct tests, record results, and report deviations.
- Documentation: Maintain records and prepare reports.
- Improvement: Suggest quality improvements and participate in projects.
- Training: Assist in training staff and support the production team.
