Applications are invited for one position of Senior Research Fellow (Project) for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:

Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in any Biological, Physical, or Computational Sciences stream or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Medicine, or equivalent.
- The candidate must have qualified for at least one National-Level Examination after the Master’s degree.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Bioinformatics with publications.
- The candidate must have competence in R and Python.
Job Description:
- Perform analysis of NGS data including RNAseq, ChIPseq, ATACseq, and single-cell RNAseq.
- Ability to write custom codes for the analysis in R and Python.
Emoluments: Rs. 42,000/- per month plus 27% HRA (As per
DST OM dated 26.06.2023).General Terms & Conditions:
- The candidates selected for the above posts will be on contract for one year or the duration of the project, whichever is shorter.
- No hostel or housing facility will be provided.
- Applicants must clearly mention their category (SC/ST/OBC/PH) and attach documentary proof.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, if called for.
- Apart from the application in the prescribed format, candidates should send a complete Curriculum Vitae with the names of three referees. The CV should contain details of experimental expertise and a list of publications.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
- The interviews will be held in offline/online mode.
