The Institute for Stem Cell Science & Regenerative Medicine (www.instem.res.in), Bangalore, is an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. iBRIC-inStem’s mandate is to establish collaborative research programs in the field of stem cell biology, regeneration, and repair in development and disease, with an emphasis on translation. Research at iBRIC-inStem is driven through collaborative interdisciplinary teams, addressing questions beyond the scope of a single laboratory.
iBRIC-inStem invites applications (in online mode) from eligible candidates for the contractual position of the following Scientific position in the laboratory of Dr. Sudarshan Gadadhar, Assistant Investigator. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are result-oriented, can assimilate, analyze, and communicate data effectively, and are excellent team players capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

| Additional Skills | – Previous experience with cell culture (cell lines or stem cells), cell transfection, and gene editing will be an asset but not essential. – Expected to work independently, have good organizational skills, work in an interdisciplinary team, and manage multiple tasks. – Responsible for data documentation, validation, and compilation for the preparation of manuscripts. |
Tenure: Contractual appointment for 11 months, renewable based on the requirement and review of progress and the requirement of the Grant.
