Brief Description about the Project:

Postpartum Breast Cancer (PPBC) is a unique subtype affecting young women who develop breast cancer within 5 to 10 years after their last childbirth. The project aims at investigating genomic, transcriptomic, and spatial microenvironment and devising strategies for clinical decisions to identify poor prognostic subclasses.

Position: Project Technical Support – III

Position Starting: 01st November 2024

No. of Vacancy: One

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MSc in any branch of life sciences with experience in molecular biology and genomic exploration using NGS
  • Salary: Rs. 28,000 + 30% HRA
  • Language: English
  • Experience: Post-MSc working experience of one to two years is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Enable the collection of tumor tissue following the eligibility criteria
  • Perform experiments for genomic and spatial exploration
  • Conduct bioinformatic analysis
  • Prepare the UC and reports for the granting agency
