Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Product efficacy and Sensory assessments and result communication as per the set schedules.
- Work independently and in teams to enable timely decisions on the assigned projects.
- Actively engage with Consumers to aid in drawing insights on products and consumer behavior and preferences.
- Operate and maintain advanced Instruments to measure Skin and Hair attributes.
- Ensure documentation thoroughness of all the assigned projects.
- Participate in ideation and troubleshooting activities within the group.
- Assist in product claim substantiation through Panel / Consumer studies, product efficacy demonstrations, etc.
Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
Work Experience:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Consumer Research and Sensory science, basic appreciation of Statistics.
- At least 1-4 years of experience in Clinical Trials / regulatory affairs.
Skills:
- Self-Drive, Strong, Clear and Open Communication Skills, Sound Analytical Mindset, Flexibility to work Independently and in Teams.
- Inclination to learn and operate advanced instruments and research methodology employed in product efficacy assessments and understanding consumer behavior.
- Networking capabilities; Multilingual especially Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi; Photography and Videography skills.
Qualifications: Masters in any Biological
