Purpose of the Role
Responsible for understanding and planning Supply Chain activities in coordination with all the respective leads under the guidance of Head – SCM.
Position: Executive Vegetable Crops – Field Quality
Location: Davanagere
Reporting: Omprakash N
Qualifications: M.Sc Agriculture
Experience: 3-4 years related experience in the seed or any agri-input industry.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the field audits as per the crop requirements.
- Manage and execute all field-quality activities.
- Ensure timely generation of reports on quality parameters.
- Maintain a vision of the overall field quality across crops in respective locations.
- Communicate quality reports promptly to all concerned stakeholders for rectifications.
- Conduct accurate GOT in farmer fields and farms as per business requirements.
- Expand new GOT locations as per crop requirements.
- Ensure timely and reliable GOT results are communicated to stakeholders.
