Office Location: MANUFACTURING UNIT Baddi (MANUFACTURING UNIT)

Position description: Shall be responsible for handling the material preparation area in shifts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Filter integrity testing (Sartorius and Millipore).
• Handling and troubleshooting of Autoclave M/S Machin Fabrik.
• Responsible for online documentation as per cGMP, along with routine log book management of production activity and equipment.
• Ensure GMP compliance as per the applicable National and International rules and guidelines such as Schedule M and World Health Organization (WHO).
• Responsible for cleaning and wrapping of accessories as per current SOPs.
• Responsible for execution/designing of load patterns.
• Validation of Equipment/Machines/Process in line 1 and line 2 of the material preparation area.
• Calibration and verification of weighing balances.

Reporting Team:

• Reporting Designation: SECTION MANAGER (PBL.PROD.SCMG).
• Reporting Department: PRODUCTION (DEP_33).

Educational qualifications preferred:

• Category: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree.
• Field specialization: Biotechnology, Microbiology, General, Pharmacy.
• Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Pharmacy (MPharma).

Required Training:

• cGMP

Required work experience:

• Industry: Vaccines / Pharma – Sterile Plant.
• Role: Executive.
• Years of experience: 3 to 6.

Required Competencies:

• Analytical bent of mind.
• Good communication skills.

Required Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience in Material Preparation related equipment/process.
